There were problems after problems and I was shelling out money and doing exactly what they asked of me as a tenant and potential buyer to do. On one phone call in I was even shouted at by a more senior member of the branch! When they cock-up they do not admit it, take blame or get held accountable. All I would say is if i liked the look of another property in the wolverhampton region and it's being advertised by them I would go elsewhere! What makes it more frustrating was we were first time buyers and could have done with a smoother more friendly approach.
