  Myself and my partner pulled into the forecourt, had one of the sales staff come to greet us at the door so at the start all very positive. How wrong I was! My partner explained she was interested in looking at the Karoq, which the sales chap said it is currently the best selling car which again all seemed positive, only for him to advise the manager has the car and is only in until 12pm on a Saturday. Surely common sense would be that if you have your best selling car at the dealership, to leave it on site, or is that me being stupid? My partner advised her sister has he model up which we was told it is exactly the same inside? Well if it’s a different model then surely there are differences between the two? It felt like we was looked down upon as people who could not afford the car as we wasn’t allowed into the dealership, all this was discussed outside on the forecourt, we wasn’t handed a brochure or even had any details taken! It felt like we was not deemed suitable enough to be able to afford the car based on our appearance. I think senior management need to have a look at this branch as in my opinion, there needs to be a lot of work done with the customer service levels. I’m aware this will just be laughed off and the sales team will have nothing said to them but you have lost a client who was going in to buy a car on that day!
