  They offer properties that wouldn't be fit for a dog to live in. I went without hot water and heating for several months, there was a serious mould and dry rot problem, and the outlet for the upstairs flat toilet leaked. Reporting the problems resulted in a distinctly lacklustre and disinterested response from the DBP staff, and the men they eventually sent were disgusting cowboys who stole my personal property. In the end I had to report the matter to Wolverhampton City Council, who agreed the property was not up to basic standards and dealt with it themselves. The officer from the council also told me that the vast majority of complaints and cases they investigate are from DBP properties. An absolutely disgraceful company that I would like to see closed down and preferably prosecuted as well. Moving out and finally seeing the back of them was one of the happiest days of my life.

  Biggest bunch of Charlatons around. We stupidly allowed them to let one of our properties, when it was returned, we had to basically rebuild it from scratch. Best thing I ever did was to get rid of these morons and manage the house myself. Once the staff member even had the audacity to ask me if I knew any builders who could done some repairs.
