    Wish I could put 0.
    Was told that if I want a viewing I must come within a few hours, made arrangements with work to come out for a few hours to go and view the property..
    Went to have a look was told I stand a high chance of the property because of my circumstances and was told to ring the office for an application..
    Rang them (loads of times) and was told repeatedly an application has been sent which is hadn't.
    Then was told the house was let agreed without even giving me a chance..
    Then to be the landlord still wants me to apply, sent the application to THEN BE TOLD the landlord isn't even using the estate agents anymore.

    Bad customer service, compulsive liars and lazy people.

    I sold my property through Austins after searching for the best deal, they are a lot cheaper than the internet companies, they have a 24/7 customer service line which was a great help and the staff were always on hand to help when needed. The team also helped me find the best mortage deal on the market for the property I was buying, great people, great service, keep up the good work guys. I would highly recommended to anyone looking sell or buy a property.
